JOELLE
COSENTINO has been dancing and cheering since she could walk!
This former "Jr. Miss NJ" was awarded a scholarship
to UCLA, where she graduated in 2001 with a degree in Dance
and Choreography, Dean's List. She was also a member of the
UCLA Dance Team and was selected to choreograph their first
competition routine "Yokoso" that started a trend
among collegiate dance teams with its Japanese flair.
She has choreographed, staged, and directed half-time productions
at the Rose Bowl, and has continued to choreograph around the country
for other collegiate, high school, and recreational dance teams.
Joelle has just wrapped the movie "American Pie 4: Band
Camp,” choreographing all the cheer/dance sequences, and
coaching the stars. Other recent credits include shows for Comedy
Central, Spike-TV, and MTV; and she has performed on Mad-TV, Days
of Our Lives, and the X-Show.
She has been featured in commercials for Replay TV, ESPN, Fox Sports,
and Right Guard. She's also been featured in the music video "God
Gave Me Everything" with Mick Jagger and Lenny Kravitz, and
the pilot "Dance Factory" with Jamie Lee Curtis.
In Los Angeles, the hub of the entertainment industry, Joelle
teaches some of the most famous celebrity clients, and their kids!
She has won numerous choreography awards from USA, NDA, Starbound,
Headliner, StarPower, and Showstopper competitions. She was also
named Dance Olympus Choreographer of the Year. Joelle conducts
workshops, judging clinics, master classes, coaching sessions,
and assists with show-cheer, youth and individual cheer routines.
Joelle is one of the most sought after choreographers with Choreography
Central, and has earned the title “most repeat requested.”
